Whatever you do, do not take ferrous sulphate; it is very hard on the

stomach and constipates.

There is an old fashioned iron liquid from Europe - Flourodix brand???

Some say it is excellent. Juicing is a good option as well.

i took floradix and it worked great. all natural, nonconstipating. do take

away from meds tho.
