I use the capsules, molybdenum is something we get naturally from foods

that are rich in this mineral, I don't use it everyday, I use a bunch of

different types of detox methods and rotate them. If I take too much of

the moly. it upsets my stomach, it says take 3 on the instruc's, but it's

too much for me.

told it binds neurotoxins and moves them out of the body through the

bowels.

I take this as pills as well. I don't really know if it's working or not. But,

my doctor says it's a good idea.

I don't have any experience with that, but I do use cholestyramine for the

same purpose. : )
