Guest guest
I knew I'd forget some things! Also recommended for adrenals: wheat grass, barley grass, spirulina and chlorella. In terms of fruit- I'm not sure. I am not so clear but know there are different kinds of sugars. I think fruit is not recommended for diabetics, and I think what I have is somewhat related to how my pancreas is working, and the blood sugar level. So for that reason, I am limiting my fruit intake, esp like grapes which are very sugary, and going for some things like cantalope - I need something sweet! ellen
Guest guest
Diabetics need to control their sugar intake no matter what kind of sugar it is. Their system is not normal, unfortunately, and cannot regulate things by itself like it should. There are a lot of vitamins, etc., in good organic fruits, with no chemicals to hurt us. Maybe, if you are unsure what fruit to eat, try Oranges as at least you will be getting some of the vitamin C you need everyday. I take up to 4000 mg of Vitamin C every day for Lyme.
