Guest guest Posted February 17, 2011 Report Share Posted February 17, 2011 I would go straight to the Geno Type Diet. It's better for people who are sick like us. I do buy some of their supplements. I like getting the probiotics because it's specific to your blood type. The argument is, the probiotic that is good for one blood type is bad for another blood type. I don't know if that's true, but I'd rather be safe than sorry. I don't have kids. It's just me and my spouse. Sometimes we share food, but we eat so differently that usually we just cook for ourselves. I've found it much easier than trying to compromise all the time (which I did for years). Now I eat exactly what I want when I want it. So much nicer!
