Guest guest
Well, i was getting blood drawn today and the nurse says " wow " your blood is very dark and thick....i said " lyme. " she said, that is rare, i didn't think many people had that,,??? I cannot believe how awful my blood looked....not good i am sure, although my symptoms are few and i overall feel pretty good...this crazy disease..does anyone have anemia problems with their lyme? I remember when i was pregnant with my two year old having bleed out and midwife could never figure out why my body wasn't assimilating iron (i was on lots of iron) and why iron was so low, guessing it was the lyme, even then. Any thoughts? Also has anyone had a rash on both their calves with lyme? It itches terrible, maybe from detoxing?????
Guest guest
Blood can tend towards hypercoagulation due to excess fibrin as well as disruption of cell charges that normally repel red blood cells from each other. They often appear stacked like coins (called rouleaux, see http://library.med.utah.edu/WebPath/HEMEHTML/HEME007.html). Many people take some form of systemic enzyme (nattokinase, serrapeptase, Wobenzym, etc.) to " thin " the blood. I personally take boluoke which is also called lumbrokinase and supposedly is one of the most effective and expensive of these enzymes. Another item many people have been discussing more recently is " earthing " which is grounding the body to remove the buildup of charges in the body. Many people note reduced inflammation as a result. You can read about it on http://www.earthinginstitute.net as well as read a blog and watch a video by SpiroChicks author and health journalist Alix. deb > > Well, i was getting blood drawn today and the nurse says " wow " your blood is very dark and thick....i said " lyme. Guest guest
> > yes, 'sticky blood' is common among lyme patients; there are many potential causes, e.g. infection, gut problems, mineral/vitamin deficiencies. Keep in mind that some (most?) of the Buhner herbs have bloodthinning properties.
