Dosage for Children-smilax/herxing

Hi, I am new to the group, my daughter has been diagnosed with lyme, bart and

mycoplasma. I would like to start her on the Buhner protocol (I purchased the

book) but I cant' seem to find any information on dosing for kids. Does anyone

know about this? Also, she has EXTREME herxing (ie. almost died) and so I am

thinking of starting out with Smilax alone. Has this smilax helped our other

folks SIGNIFICANTLY with their herxes?
