I tried lomatium about 10 years ago when I was bedridden with a CFS diagnosis.

It really helped me. The problem I found was that it had a short shelf life and

if it was not refrigerated in shipping it would not help at all. It is quite

possible this is no longer a problem.  The other product someone I know tried is

pine bark extract but, she too had a CFS disagnosis.  Now, I'm learning CFS

might really be Lyme. After being sick for 25 years with a CFS diagnosis I'm now

being tested again for lyme and coinfections. I had been tested in 1990 at Mayo

but we now know those tests are not accurate.

If anyone has used Pine bark extract and noticed a health improvement please let

me know. I didn't even think of trying lomatium again, thanks for bringing it

up.

Thanks!!!

I have Lomatium tincture, someone recommended it to put on the returning

tick bite marks that do not go away for month. Seemed to work better then

Neosporin. I took a dropper full internally a few times since it is also

supposed

to be really good for lung health (I have asthma too), I was never sure how

much was safe. It actually tastes pretty good. Then again, compared to

andrographis etc. anything tastes good. lol. Let me know if Buhner responds to

your question. I would love to find out the answer too.

Dagmar.
