Contraindicated for ulcers in duodenum or in stomach. Large doses may upset the stomach, possible vomiting. Smilax: Black tea (tannin). Can increase the absorption of some drugs, particularly digitalis. Japanese Knotweed: Large dosages and/or long term usage can be toxic to kidneys. Quintessence Blend: Not intended for use for children or during pregnancy or when breast feeding except under the care of a licensed medical practitioner.
