Guest guest
Great news! We're starting up a Lyme support group in our area. Here are the details: CNY Lyme Support Group Meets the first Sunday of every month, starting February 6th, 2-3:30pm. At the Sullivan Free Library in Chittenango. We'll have introductions, then a speaker for 20 minutes with a 10min Q & A after that, then a break, then group time to get to know the other people and maybe talk about the topic of the day or whatever people want to talk about. We tried to break it up into sections so that if people need to leave early or come late, they can do that. For our speakers, we're having them speak for 20 minutes. We're going to have a nurse come and tell us about the picc line... what to expect and so on. We're also planning to have a naturopathic doctor come and speak about natural ways to support your body systems while undergoing antibiotic treatment. I'm hoping to have a pharmacist come to speak about different classes of antibiotics and how they work differently. There's a few topics that I might cover myself, like " how to survive the restricted diet. " Any questions call me 315-857-8639. I will try to return your call.
