Guest guest
I never know where to post what! Posting this one here. There is a difference between supporting the liver, gallbladder, and kidneys and cleansing them? I am hearing you must be very careful when you detox that all the pathways are open and something about methylation pathways working. Can anyone shed light? Then there is the concept of prepping for a cleanse (bile is thin enough and flowing?) and then the idea that cleanses could be too hard on the body if the organs are highly traumatized by lyme. Is there a book or somewhere that explains all of this? I either need to find a doctor, ND possibly? that understands all this or figure it out for myself. I've read sources that explain actualy cleanses, but preparing for them or making them easier on the body, I do not understand. How does one know if they need to do that? Then how do you all do general support for the liver, GB and kidneys to strengthen them? Is the BG cleanse the one that could cause the most problems? Thanks...
