Guest guest
> >Western Blot - MD says we want to see the bands shift from IgG to IgM... I have two bands present both in IgG and IgM so not sure what she means by that. Input?? that's wierd, maybe you misunderstood. IgM bands point to active infection, IgG bands can remain visible for a long time so those don't necessarily indicate active infection. You want to see the bands shift from IgM to IgG, not the other way round. regarding bloodwork in general: I have had a lot of general blood checks (blood cells, sedimentation, some minerals, liver function etc.), and they always come back excellent. But they don't check borrelia or other stealth infections, CD57, ATP etc. My experience is that these general blood tests tell you absolutely nothing; they are excellent even when I fell like crap.
