Guest guest
> > Good morning Bee and All, I'm getting pretty good at these enemas--I know it's water 1st then the coffee. When we have the fluid in us, do we just lay there til we feel the urge to go? And let's say you have 1/2 the amount of the coffee in, do we just keep putting the rest in or do we wait to expel, then put the rest in? Enemas are new in my life and I'm trying to get it just right. Thanks Bee, +++Hi Phyllis. The only reason you do a clear water enema first is to clean out the bowel, so it is more receptive to the coffee, and it will make it easier to retain the coffee. So you want to let the clear water enema expel. After it is expelled, put in the coffee. This is what the article says: " The goal is to have two enemas, not exceeding 1/2 a quart (2 cups) each, that you are able to hold for 12 to 15 minutes each. " But do not be concerned if you cannot retain the enema, or even if you expel it too quickly - either way it will help you. I don't really see it so I'm curious, is it always 2 tbsps. +++Phyllis, it is always 2 tbsps. If the detoxifying symptoms are too severe when a person first starts on them, it can be diluted but otherwise it is 2 T. Bee

I don't recommend 's nor any other specific brand of coffee, so you must have gotten that from some other article or ads on my website. I can't control ads posted by Google. Guest guest
Hi Phyllis, The link for EnemaSupply.com is mainly for assisting folks to find the appropriate enema " hardware " . Some people have a hard time finding it. In some countries it's not available unless you have a prescription (which seems weird to me). You can use any brand of organic caffeinated coffee. Organic coffee is usually available at most larger grocery store chains or from a health food store. It's hard to recommend a particular brand as they vary by country. Bee is in Canada. That's why I set up recommended product lists. I do not recommend any particular brand of coffee. When I did coffee enemas I just used regular commercial caffeinated coffee and it worked great! Of course organic or certified organic coffee would be better. Bee

Guest guest
Hello everyone! I haven't done one of the coffee enemas and I decided it was time to do it. To be honest, I've been afraid to... Anyway, I read through the file and went to our local CVS pharmacy to pick one out. They didn't have the bag variety, but they had the syringe kind (actually it looks more like a squirt bottle). All of them were prefilled with mineral oil, saline solution or something else. My guess is that I could get the saline solution kind and empty it out. I just wanted to make sure that I could take the top off. Does anyone have experience with this? Any other ideas to make this any easier? Thanks! Collette
Guest guest
Hi Phyllis, No I wouldn't use instant coffee for a coffee enema. For one thing, it's not organic and the directions for a coffee enema suggest using organic coffee. Since your body will be absorbing the affects of the coffee it's best to use a good quality coffee. Kind of like Coconut Oil or any other food, you want the best you can get/afford. For another thing, you don't know how the coffee was processed to make it " instant. " I did a cursory Google search on the process and it said that softened water is used, which is not good. Also, the bigger coffee brands are not known for using very high quality beans. I'd stay away from it for an enema or for drinking for that matter. You don't need a coffee maker to make coffee. You can put the grounds in a pot of water and brew it. The grounds sink to the bottom. Then you'd filter it through a coffee filter or you could probably use some paper towels=. Coffee filters are inexpensive, it might not hurt to buy a pkg. Jackie (group moderator) > > Hi Bee and Everyone, > Haven't posted in a while but love my daily readings... Anyway, is it ok to use instant coffee for the coffee enemas? I don't drink coffee therefore I have no maker. Would Maxwell House instant be ok (my husband has 1 cup/day)? Have a great day! Guest guest
Hi Collette, The pre-filled type of enema bottles are NOT what you want to get. What you want is called a rectal bulb syringe. Here's what one looks like: http://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:Rectal_bulb_syringe.jpg These are much easier to use than an enema bag. You are constipated if your stools are small round pebbles that are packed into your lower intestines, and very difficult to get out. When you have BMs are they hard, soft, or what? +++You can help your bowels move better if you not only have enough good fats, but also do regular deep breathing exercises: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/breath4.php +++Also massage your abdomen: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/massage1.php > When on a low-carb diet I'm very much constipated and need an enema but I read that means I need more fat. It is mucus which the body forms in order to get rid of toxins. Yellowish color indicates chemical toxins. Candida is way too small to be seen with the naked eye. You also don't expell candida since the only way to cure it is to build up your immune system so it becomes strong enough to " make " candida change back into the organism it is supposed to be in healthy people. Guest guest
> > Hello there my name is Irma and I' ve been on the diet for 6 months now. I decidded to do coffee enemas every 4-5 days to help detoxify my liver? I get constipation on a regular bases and I only eat meat once a day along with steam brocoli and it still persist.I usually have Bees egg smothie. My questions is do I need to cut back on meat and less butter and coconut oil while enemas doing the coffee I'm cleansing my liver I remember reading that butter, oil, and animal meat should be avoided while doing liver cleanses. I understand that it's about a six month process. Can you please help. Thank u. +++Hi Irma, No, you do not change your diet when you do coffee enemas. In fact the fats I recommend are very important for liver and gallbladder health. In order for cell membranes to be healthy they must be constructed out of 50% saturated fat, i.e. butter, unrefined coconut oil, lard, etc. (lung cells require 100% saturated fat). Maybe other kinds of liver cleanses takes 6 months, while coffee enemas can act more quickly depending upon how much toxic buildup the liver has, which is different for each person. If you do not have pain in the liver and gallbladder area, your liver wouldn't be as toxic as those who do have pain. The best help for constipation is more good fats, so ensure you are working up to the ratios of protein, fat and carbs that you calculated for your height: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/foods8.php But remember that " if " you've ever been constipated in the past your body will be retracing each and every episode while it is healing itself, as explained in this article: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/heal10.php All the best, Bee
