Guest guest
the most important thing for me was proper dosing. I started on 50mg and now take 100mg. I do not do well on less. gracia On 12/22/2010 7:22 PM, Amy wrote: Ok might try that. Just wondering if anyone on this board has experienced a decline in health from iodine? I recall starting having massages years ago, and I agree that the first one I had made me feel horrible (mostly nausea, I think). However, that reaction never really happened again, although the really deep tissue massages are more likely to make you feel bad than a swedish/relaxation massage. The therapists are *supposed* to recommend that you drink lots of water, take an epsom salt bath, etc. You could also try antioxidants or toxin binders (bentonite, charcoal) to that. Guest guest
I'm doing charcoal. I have massages a lot but this time it was more pressure & I am feeling it. At least I think that's what it is. Epsom Salt bath sounds great. Thanks! Loni From: Marc <marc@...> Subject: Re: Detox Date: Friday, January 7, 2011, 1:57 PM  > I had a massage & I feel rotten! Guest guest
I have this crazy idea that the association between salt intake and high blood pressure is caused because if your kidneys are stressed you crave salt to help them out! But don't eat lots of salt if you don't crave it, and make sure it's good sea salt with magnesium still in it. Foods you digest easily, fermented foods (natural Bubbie's sauerkraut) minimal alcohol may help the liver. Cod liver oil too. Guest guest
I just started this a couple of months ago and this is the best detox I've had especially for the brain. Use cold pressed organic sun flower oil and take one tablespoon and keep it in the mouth for about 12-15 minutes and swirl, swish and chew. DO NOT SWALLOW. Spit it out and rinse the mouth and then brush your teeth well. Do this in the morning before anything else. Works for me better than chlorella, burbur etc. ________________________________________________________________________________\ ____ Don't pick lemons. Guest guest
I was thinking about this, this morning. Can viruses come to the forefront with an Iodine detox? ie: Herpes Simplex, the cold sore virus, or any other virus that one may have, I was just wondering if this can be a detox symptom. Re: From the UK, just after some guidelines The problem with detox is that it can manifest so differently in different people. There is no single specific symptom that everybody will get. We are kind of stuck with a vague, blanket term. Anne On Feb 28, 2011, at 4:39 AM, joolsweb wrote:

Guest guest
YES! It really helps me! The first two baths wiped me out. Then I reduced the amounts to half which is a better way to start. After a few baths at half strength I tried full strength again and it was fine. I've had eight baths now (twice a week, 35 minutes a bath). Use warm water NOT HOT or you'll get really dizzy and your heart may pound. Here's the half strength recipe. 1.5 cups Baking soda 3 cups Borax 1 cup Corn Starch I also use clay baths which are very good too. Good luck, Connie Re: [ ] Detox Connie - have you tried the detox bath recipe your LLND provided? Guest guest
if you have colitis you have to look at low dose naltrxone.very good results there On Mon, Jul 25, 2011 at 6:32 PM, Datamaster Accounting Services, LLC <datamaster2@...> wrote: I'm new to Iodoral and finding my symptoms are getting worse instead of better. I've read through the Group files on (very informative!) and just have one question I was hoping to get clarification on. One of my primary symptoms is chronic diarrhea (I have colitis) and it appears that detox (salts, coffee enemas) often causes soft stools/diarrhea. Since I'm already dealing with that symptom on a daily basis is it safe to assume my body is detoxing on it's own? Guest guest
Have you tried a blood test to find your allergies like at www.usbiotek.com That helped me to clear that up. Can give you more ideas if you need once you know your own allergies.
