Hello Friends,

Once again I come to you asking for prayers. As many of you know my husband has been ill for several years and we have not been able to find the cause of his pain and dementia. Well yesterday he was finally diagnosed with Ankylosis Spondylitis. This is a very tough disease that causes fusing of bones and soft tissue. Many x-rays were taken and he already has fusing in his spine, knees, chest and neck. He has been put on steroids, and as you probably know, they come with their own set of problems. I am very concerned about all of this and would just like to ask for prayer for him. At least now we know.

Blessings Cheryl~Perhaps one of your husband's previous pain meds has been contributing to the symptoms of dementia? Or depressed feelings brought on by chronic pain?Each step of life is like learning a new dance isn't it. We do it with the folks we love and sometimes keeping up with the music is a tad edgy at first but we get the hang of it. It sounds like you two have quite the heartfelt song, remembering the love, to waltz with. My prayers are with you.
