Monitoring treatment with blood work

I'm three months into Buhner's protocol for lyme and mycoplasma and happily, I'm

seeing improvements. My MD wanted to monitor treatment and progress with blood

work every three months. We did blood work prior to treatment and we just did

my three month check up. Nothing improved... in fact, a few things appear

worse. So I'm wondering how long into the protocol before I'll see progress in

the blood work. Of course, everyone is different but I'm hoping to gather other

experiences. Have any of you monitored treatment and if so, how long until you

saw an improvement in the lab results?

P.S. Tested: CD57, Mycoplasma levels, ATP (Energy), & Western Blot - MD says

we want to see the bands shift from IgG to IgM... I have two bands present both

in IgG and IgM so not sure what she means by that. Input??
