HELLO ALL: I have a question about the dose. I heard once on one of these

hypothyroidism groups that u can increase and decrease the dose u take in

order to shock the metabolism and lose weight faster. Is this true? or

should we take the same dose prescribed by our doctors? (I am prescribed to

take 0.1 MGS Levothyroxine a day, chromium-picolinate and co-q-10

Thanx

Don't beat yourself up. Tomorrow's another day.

Are you on a diet you can live with for the rest of

your life or is it short-term diet?

Take care of yourself. Sheila

250 mg resveratrol is extremely high, are you sure?

There was a similar question on the Planet Health pages some time ago, maybe you

could look that up. What is comes down to is that there is no 'right' dose with

other pills (or bulk herbs with unknown composition). Resveratrol is just one of

many constituents of knotweed.

I would start with 1 pill daily and increase until you notice effects; if it

really has such high resveratrol content, maybe just 1 pill 4x daily is

sufficient ...

Hi ,

Buhner emailed me to get Japanese Knotweed from Green Dragon Botanicals.

It's 450 mg.

What are you symptoms?

Do you have Lyme or a co infection?

You can call Green Dragon and talk to them about it.

Good Luck.

Let us know.
