My son had the same thing , and he had bronchitis but he , was alresdy in many

vitamins and antibiotics for babs.

i tried to use the stem vaporizor ( with salt in it ) many nights , hot

different teas that are in buhners ,list and -juices of Lemons with garlic

blended with lime and orange juice and ginger piecies on it for 5 days in a

raw. Also added olive leaf exstract.Did gave him plenty of fluids( he even had

episodes of vomiting ) and no epitate.it lasted 10 days.I saw the Dr and he

could not add anything and finally he said that KEvins lung were

clear.Everything I did helped.

Oh by the way -he did drink only juice ( boiled organic meat ) with salt in

it and plenty of tea.Teasel root, Astralagus, knowteed ...all my arsenal that I

have home. They all are against inflamations.By teh way he had sinuses also.

Yes Lyme does lower your immune system.LEMON JUICE AND steam vaporizer ( put a

blanket on top of your head and sweat and breath it in -old fashin way and cough

to produce pleghm and release it and worm up your chest).

HE IS OVER IT YET:)

I am coming down with my third case of bad cold/flu so far this

winter. Starts with a cough & goes from there. The last one was

diagnosed as bronchitis. This is VERY unlike me to be down so much.

Usually I have one cold per winter & that's that. But now with #3

looming - cough, feeling very wobbly, running nose, scratchy throat this

morning - I am beginning to wonder if Lyme can play a part in something

like this.

According to my last session at my LLMD clinic, my reaction to Lyme was

down from a 5 out of 10 to 2.5 out of 10 but that was several months

ago. I am due to go back for a meeting with the LLMD & the naturopathic

doctor (with the amazing machine) on the 14th & I will be having a CD57

test, among others, before that.

Any input?

Pam

I would imagine that Lyme can play a part, as we are certainly immune

compromised.

However, you have to realize THIS is the worst year this century for the flu

bugs this winter.

Stay away from other people as much as you can. THAT is where you get it

from. And it is going around like wildfire in 49 of the 50 states. AND of

course the CDC screwed up and gave the wrong vaccine this year that doesn't

cover the strongest strain of it.

Summer is coming. HOPEFULLY you are taking a LOT of Vitamin C. I take about

4,000mg a day of Vitamin C. I take it in effervescent form so it doesn't ruin

my stomach like regular ascorbic acid does.

Jim.

Hi Pam,

I also have had more bad cold/flu since the Lyme diagnosis.

Connection?

I don't know.

But I do now try to keep my immune response strong by taking

Esberitox, a super-charged pill form of echinacae, at the very first

sign of illness. If you do take something like this, it works best if

taken at the very earliest moment.

After being ill (undiagnosed lyme and company) for many years, I got

to the point where I was on and off antibiotics all winter long due

to sinus infections/colds. I simply could not keep them at bay on my

own. After treatment for lyme, including addressing the low CD57, I

am now not experiencing that. So, yes, lyme DOES affect the immune

system dramatically making us more vulnerable to a host of other

infections as well as cancer. jo
