Hi Alison, from my experience...a herx, or dieoff, is more of a sudden change.

While on the Candida diet, when one of us gets really moody or unexplicably flu

like with no flu...we generally attribute it to a herx. It seems to be a little

different with Lyme. I am more of a chronic fatigue gal, and can't tell you

more about this until I go to see my LLMD in April and get some test run and try

to figure out exactly what is happening. Hopefully it will light the way for me

too. I think detoxing generally cleans up herx a little for you.

Best Regards,

anne goggans

Subject: [ ] question about herxheimer reaction

Hello,

Would someone be able to explain how one knows the difference between a

herxheimer reaction and just the disease getting worse?

Thank you for any thoughts on this.

Alison
