Guest guest
Hi, Do you think it's best to start out w/blood type diet then move into Geno, or do you think starting the Geno 1st would give someone the best results? Do you buy the supplements too? Does your family eat the same way as you do, or do you have to make separate meals for them? alicia From: Connie Blaze <connieblaz@...> To: Date: 02/17/2011 02:51 PM Subject: Re: [ ] Texas Lyme Docs Sent by: To keep it simple... no gluten, sugar, low dairy. To make it complicated... I follow the Geno Type Diet, which is a later version of the Blood Type Diet. The Geno Type Diet is based on specific body measurements and your blood type. I had been following the basic blood type diet for years, but when I changed to the Geno Type Diet that's when I really started to get better (and herx). Here's their website if you want more information. http://www.dadamo.com/media/gtd.htm I ended up getting what is called a Swami, which is a personalized diet that goes into even more specific health details. I have a blog on that site as well http://www.dadamo.com/B2blogs/blogs/index.php?blog=39 But, of course that's not all I'm doing. I've taken Buhner herbs for a while, then my doctor had me start on some of the Cowden protocol. Then my new doctor had me start on A-Bab and then A-Bart. I take a LOT of supplements and supportive herbs. I do a number of things to detox. It just seems that most things I try help, so to me it means the base of eating well sets of the building blocks to healing the body. Best, Connie Re: [ ] Texas Lyme Docs That is terrific!!!! Can you share your diet & changes with us?? That would be very helpful.
