Guest guest
Hard to say but with the itch, it could be an allergic reaction. When you introduce something new, you should only do one at a time for a week or so in order to see if there is a reaction. Since you did more than one, you probably should stop the new things and introduce one at a time to find out which of them it is. deb > > Hi guys > Our son has a new itchy rash that has developed over the last couple of days. It is mostly on torso with some on arms hands shoulder and cheeks. I put coconut oil on it because it itched and burned. We he is on third week of Lyme protocol but I introduced some new things two days ago. > > Do you think this is dieoff or a reaction? > Anne >
Guest guest
Why don't you back off on the new products for a few days and see if the itching stops. Then I would try the new products one at a time and wait for a reaction. You will get your answer. Hope that helps. ________________________________ From: nosleep4mommy <annegoggans@...> Sent: Sat, January 29, 2011 7:54:39 PM Subject: [ ] rash on 4yo son Hi guys Our son has a new itchy rash that has developed over the last couple of days. Guest guest
I agree, sounds like an allergic reaction and if it is itching, you should give him benedryl, that is what the doctor told my hubby to take when he broke out in an itchy rash/hives. Good advice, one thing at a time. On Sun, Jan 30, 2011 at 8:24 AM, Deb57 <ds@...> wrote: > > > Hard to say but with the itch, it could be an allergic reaction. Guest guest
Hi, No Andrographis. I avoided it because we are the kings of rare reactions Anne
Guest guest
Thanks guys, I backed off his herbs today and it looks better. I think it looked worse than it felt. You know, he has always seemed to detox through the skin. I have seen him get a similiar rash before when in an Epsom salt bath if it was kind of warm. I always thought it was an oxalate dump (food chemical) that we are sensitive to...now I wonder if it isn't a heavy metal issue or dieoff toxins coming to the surface. Poor little guy asked if he had chicken pox :-( We can't get into see our LLMD until April...so I have been juggling this on my own trying to introduce slowly. I am really trying to be a good mommy through the symptoms. He is such a good boy. Anne
