Hello all--

I do not know if teasel supports collagen, but I can say that without a doubt it

has worked for me and for my daughter w/aches and arthritic type bone pain. And

worked FAST.

I talked to an herbalist the other day who says that she has had

great success in using it for arthritic patients.

Can't hurt - for more info on teasel, google Wood or Lady Barbara.

One of the other things that I so appreciate about this plant is that

it is so invasive that you can harvest it yourself. Lady Barbara in particular

has done a " U-Tube " on this.

Hope this helps.

etc.. But recently had some kind of odd pain between muscles areas that hurt

only when pressure was applied and was a bit knotty/swollen occuring about a few

weeks before I attempted anything. First above the bicept, then one above the

top leg bone .. they both felt like a bruise is all I can think of. When I

noticed the second area, I thought to try Lavendar Oil .. and wa la it worked.

And it did not return. So obviously more than just a pain killer of which I

totally dont understand.

muscle, when stretched there is no pain, I think lack of magnesium, potassium or

calcium. But Lavender E.O. works for those as well, It need to be rubbed in

gently and used a few times and obviously in hard to get to locations like under

the shoulder blade is tought to get to.

found to be a good area.

... so this treatment may help, but look for and fix the root problem.
