Dear Theda,

I am interested in looking into the thyroid supplement issue. Is Armour

synthetic or natural? What dose does a person take? What, if any, side

effects are attributed to thyroid supplements? I have tried a lot of things

and am currently free of any discomfort but I still have problems

concentrating/brain fog/memory issues and could do with more energy. I have

had two " thyroid panels " (blood tests) in the past few years and they came

back " normal " though I have my doubts about the definition of " normal " here.

I have enough symptoms that correlate with low thyroid. I am trying to

convince my doctor to let me try supplementing. Thanks!

I have found with me the tender spots are lymph nodes. I often about once a

month for a couple days get certain areas of my body, ie my neck, legs,

arms, chest where my lymph nodes become swollen and enlarged. This is one of

the reasons they often misdiagnosed me. So, maybe that is the cause?

, could just be trigger points( accupressure or accupuncture areas) that

with stimulation would feel better. Its best to consult a good accupressure book

before self stimulating as some are related to the heart. Doug

You might be right, because the spots do seem to be sort of lumpy.

Maybe I will start on some Red Root. My tincture is almost ready.

What do you use to flush the lymph system?

I used Red Root for that too.
