Find a comfortable place to sit. Take a few moments to just get comfortable. Place your feet flat on the ground Resting your whole body allowing all the muscles to flop and even imagining deep within your body the organs and muscles surrounding the organs to flop a little more. Notice your breath - Rise and fall - Gently and naturally Take a few slow... deep breaths... bring your attention to your breath... notice as you breathe in and then breathe out. Imagine

putting all your problems in a box outside the front door and if you

still want them at the end of the meditation they will be there for you

to pick up again. If not imagine a garbageman taking them away and

sending them into the sun to completely disolve. Now bring you attention to your breath With each inhalation allow your entire body to relax and unwind

Bring your awareness to your nostrils noting the full passage of each in breath and each out breath from beginning to end if you like count to 3 on the in breath

breathe out for a count of 4

then again 3 on the in breath 4 on the out breath

each time you notice your mind has wandered to other thoughts

bring your attention back to the easy natural rhythm of your breath

Picture yourself at the top of an open staircase that leads down to a beautiful beach by the ocean. You look out towards the sea and before you, as far as you can see, are the glistening waters. The sea breeze blows through your hair, and you breathe it in, savouring the wonderfully clean, invigorating salty smell. The beach below looks so inviting, that you place your hand on the rail and start descending the stairs. As you take the steps, you can feel yourself becoming even more relaxed, even more at peace.

You leave the last step and now you are on the beach. The warm sand is beneath your feet. You take off your shoes and leave them at the bottom of the stairs. The sand feels warm beneath your bare feet. You sink into it, and it feels good as your toes curl into the grains of sand. You start walking towards the water's edge, you are so relaxed and peaceful. You look along the beach and see strips of kelp, bits of abandoned driftwood, sea shells. You walk to where the water and the dry beach meet and on along the edge of the shore

The surf is pounding against some rocks somewhere off in the distance. On one side of you the waves gently roll in and the waves play with your bare toes before rolling back out again. A seagull flies above you and calls. You follow it with your eyes as it whirls and swoops in the air over the ocean. You look about you and you see a cluster of rocks covered in an emerald green moss. There is a narrow path between them you walk through and you find yourself in a small quiet cove.

Looking around you see the cove is shaped like a horseshoe. You look out at the ocean silver with sunshine and small, white crests. As you watch the ocean you notice many dolphins playing in the gentle waves. You hear their sounds. They call to you.

One dolphin swims towards the shore and sends you a telepathic message to join them. Slowly you enter the water and move towards the dolphins. One dolphin swims to you and gently touches you. You take hold of his fin and he takes you to join the others. The dolphin pod moves over to greet you - each one expressing a different sound - you feel a loving energy from them. You listen to their tones and feel the sensation throughout your body and mind.

They beckon you to follow them and as you are carried on your dolphin beneath the waves you find you can breathe easily under water. You rest on your dolphins back and feel the strength and grace of it's movement through the water. As you are taken on your dolphin journey small schools of brightly coloured fish swim past. Up ahead you are aware of a cave surrounded with crystals and beams of coloured light.

Your dolphin takes you into the cave and you pass through a rainbow beam of light – your cares simply melt away as the rainbow light touches you. Each one of the rainbow colours fills and energises you. As you emerge from the rainbow light into the cave you are aware of an underground temple. Your dolphin leaves you in the cave and you now move towards the temple. Be aware of the area around the temple and what the temple is made from. As you move to the entrance be aware of the doorway feel the special energy of this place as you enter. In the entrance look around the room see what it is made from.... look around at how it is furnished. You move on through the entrance and into a large room that is beautifully furnished. Be aware of the colour and any objects in the room. As you focus on this room you start to become aware of the most loving, light filled energy, filling you and surrounding you. In this light lies all knowledge and healing for you. Stay in this loving light for a while and if you have any questions or would like to have healing ask for what you want now. When

you are ready it is time to leave the temple and you walk back into the

entrance and out the doorway. Return now to where your dolphin is

waiting in the cave. Your body effortlessly moves into the water to

take hold of its fin again. It takes you back through the rainbow of

light to the surface of the water and back to shore. You say good bye

to your dolphin and and watch it swim away. Now it is time to walk back

up the beach. On the edge of the beach is a large blanket warmed by the

sun you wrap yourself in it and sit and watch the ocean.

The

sun is starting slowly to sink toward the horizon now. So you get up,

and leave the cove through the narrow path between the rocks covered

with seaweed, and then walk along the shoreline past the sea shells and

bits of driftwood, past the strips of kelp and the to the foot of the

stairs. You pick up your shoes where you left them, clapping them

together to knock off the sand. Brush the sand off your feet. Put your

shoes back on and climb back up the steps. With each step you find

yourself more and more refreshed and energized, feeling more and more

prepared to meet the days ahead.
