Guest guest
Would your suggestion be to take knotweed by capsule or tincture. What dosage on each? Guest guest
Hi, Dixie. I'm taking capsules of knotweed that I fill myself, so I don't know the exact dosage, but I use 00 size and fill as full as I can. According to Buhner, this size should hold approximately 500mg per capsule. I have some knotweed tincture brewing, but it is not quite ready yet. Don't know if it will work quite the same as whole herb, but we will see. > > From: dixieleeo@... > Date: Sun, 20 Mar 2011 14:02:16 -0500 > Subject: Re: [ ] Re: less grey hair? > > Would your suggestion be to take knotweed by capsule or tincture. > What dosage on each? > Thanks, > Dixie
Guest guest
Thanks , I definately am not going to try to fill my own capsules or make anything, haha! I would imagine that if I bought the capsules or tincture that there would be instructions as to how to start out slow. Can't wait to try it. Guest guest
I don't have the book and cannot follow the protocol for my hubby, other then the knotweed. Maybe I will have to call the company and ask them.
