no, unfortunately not - my hair has gone from brown with a few grey hairs to

mostly grey during six Lyme years (I'm 49 now). The greying is partly natural

(my twin brother also has more grey hairs now), but I haven't seen any slowing

or improvement of the process despite using knotweed for 1.5 years.

however, I can imagine that knotweed does this because of its strong

anti-oxidant and other actions.

Oh, I forgot to say that I take 2-3 capsules 3 times a day.

just in case: use the instructions/dosage from the Buhner book, the capsules or

tincture have no dosage instructions included (usually they are not specific for

lyme treatment), or sometimes give other dosages.
