The greying is partly natural (my twin brother also has more grey hairs now), but I haven't seen any slowing or improvement of the process despite using knotweed for 1.5 years. however, I can imagine that knotweed does this because of its strong anti-oxidant and other actions. Guest guest
Oh, I forgot to say that I take 2-3 capsules 3 times a day. > > > > Hi, Dixie. > > I'm taking capsules of knotweed that I fill myself, so I don't know the exact dosage, but I use 00 size and fill as full as I can. According to Buhner, this size should hold approximately 500mg per capsule. > > I have some knotweed tincture brewing, but it is not quite ready yet. Don't know if it will work quite the same as whole herb, but we will see. > > > > > > > > From: dixieleeo@... > > Date: Sun, 20 Mar 2011 14:02:16 -0500 > > Subject: Re: [ ] Re: less grey hair? > > > > Would your suggestion be to take knotweed by capsule or tincture. > > What dosage on each? > > Thanks, > > Dixie > > >
