Artemisinin was hard on the stomach. That I do remember because my doctor had me

on such high level of it. So sorry this is causing you problems C. I have had

the type of stomach pain you are describing that goes through to the back. I

always thought it was esophageal reflux. The only thing I can do when that

happens is to lie down on my back flat so let it relax again. Anyone else have

that?

Sorry you had ulcers and had to take meds for so long! That seems really long to me. Have you ever thought about doing meditation? Really helps me with mental health issues. I have the rubbish immune system too, but thoughts affect our mental health, so the meditation can help break the cycle a bit. Sending you lots of love.PS - it is very windy and rainy today. You live in Scotland so it is probably like that a lot already. California had the warmest and driest winter and December in recorded history. We need the rain. N when it gets bad can take ages to heal again

Been on the tabs several times but usualy am.careful wi my tum

But certain things make bad

Problem with ulcer meds is they stop.the tum.producing acid

Then ur tum.gets used to the tabs n.i found it a nightmare to get off tabs

again,

When I tried to come off them, too much acid produced

Thats why I like slippery elm etc but just sometimes gentle things r not enough

Bit rainy here, glad u like the rain

Amd u need it

We get enough!

Hi CYes, I've read a lot of Edgar Cayce and have done the castor oil on flannel. It is very helpful. I have digestive issues a lot and it really helps with that! Good that you have done meditating as it does help. We go to a group and have done so for 6 years now... I am still not good at meditating but I try. Some days better than others. My daughter in law had severe endometriosis and finally had a hysterectomy. She suffered a lot for years and never could have kids, now 50 years old and past child bearing anyway. I just follow the breath. Also have read and listened a lot to Eckart Tolle... also others like Goldsmith. Goldsmith has an excellent book on Meditation. I did not do any meditating during the infestation. I was just too busy cleaning and we totally isolated so didn't go to our group. I have learned that even a short meditation of a minute is better than none at all and can calm me down and stop obsessive thinking. You can do it while waiting in line or at a red light in the car. You don't have to have a particular religion to meditate and it isn't just for those that follow eastern thought or belief, which I do. My brother is an atheist and wants to start meditating. It would be so good for him (me, anyone). Let your friend know kindly that judging you about meditating is not helping you. None of us need that kind of nagging. When you get back to it, you do, and not before!! If you could find a few moments to at least quiet yourself in the midst of things... just go to the place where thought no longer exists, just the observer. That is my practice. So sorry that he does not understand -- perhaps in time he will. There are times when it is nearly impossible to meditate and at those time pray. I think both are essential for me. Also reading spiritual books help a lot. Helps in seeking spiritual guidance.L.From: "Sad Girl" <wherearetheangels@...>bird mites Sent: Sunday, January 22, 2012 3:47:31 AMSubject: Re: Re:samentoThanks lindaYes he goes on n on that I havent done anything at all to help myself because no relaxation practicesAbout a hundred times iv heard it!!!Iv been too busy lookin, after cat, dealin ewi her death, cleaning, buying sourcing resources to help, not sleepin, getn crawlies n bites does not help one to get in state for relax, nor all the other traumaIts like, bein told im weak when only us lot know how horendous this is to deal wi.It about day to day survivalI was almost suicidal when had leave my old life ,rid of nearly everythin n cat dieLast thing cud do was meditateJust hoped to pull thru is all!!!!I realy realy like echart tolle vv muchHad the power of nowSome cds of him talk findhorn scotlandI get himLost all my booksWhen moveYes he isnt pretentious n elitist like a lot of folk sometimes areHes humbleN I like that :-)------------------------------On Sat, Jan 21, 2012 13:27 PST Goldstein@... wrote:>>I just follow the breath. C-I would hold off on the astragalus root for now, it is contraindicated in chronic Lyme- see Harod Buhner's book Healing Lyme- can't remember the website. It overactivates the immune system which is already messed up with chronic Lyme. Part of s Herxheimer is often a worsening of gut issues. When you start antimicrobials(ie Samento) it stirs up the bugs and they release more biotoxins and the biotoxins from the dieing bugs can be intense- all symptoms may worsen and new symptoms will appear. Yes, samento is known to be active against Lyme. Banderol is often used with it. Cryptolepis is another good one for babesia and bartonella. You need combinations of antimicrobials to erradicate the Lyme infections.Aandraya On Jan 22, 2012, at 4:52 PM, Sad Girl <wherearetheangels@...> wrote:

Yes, you should take the banderol and samento together. Do you have artemisia annua(artemisinin)? Biopure in Europe has a very good product. This herb is exceptional- treats babesia with Lyme and many kinds of parasites that coexist with Lyme. Start slow on it- 200mg 2 x a day and work up to 800-1200 a day. Many herx on this herb. I did a lot.AandrayaOn Jan 23, 2012, at 3:35 AM, Sad Girl <wherearetheangels@...> wrote:

It overactivates the immune system which is already messed up with chronic Lyme.

Part of s Herxheimer is often a worsening of gut issues. When you start

antimicrobials(ie Samento) it stirs up the bugs and they release more biotoxins

and the biotoxins from the dieing bugs can be intense- all symptoms may worsen

and new symptoms will appear. But it does pass.
