Guest guest Posted January 25, 2011 Report Share Posted January 25, 2011 In the beginning I too had terrible panic attacks, anxiety, mood swings, insomnia, tremors, muscle twitching, vertigo, hard to concentrate, I'm tired during the day and around 8:00 pm I start to get energy; it's like night/day are mixed up, bad insomnia (it has gotten better). A lot of the problems have slowed down, I get the occasional buzzing feeling in my body, muscle spasms, I just relax and let everything pass, if I get stressed/angry, my symptoms get worse. I find the healthier I eat, detox daily, the less I stress, the better I feel. Hang in there, better days are coming!
