I get a herx response, but I believe I got a herx response when I stopped eating

gluten, before I even knew I had Lyme.

i just read in a nonbuhner book that those who do the protocol claim that

there are no herx reactions like what is seen with antibiotics. is this

true? and i asked before but never got a response from anyone: does the

protocol kill or bring down the bacterial level in the body or does it just

bring symptom relief?

Yes, I do herx on Buhner herbs. When I was first diagnosed (before I knew about

Buhner), I was put on Doxy, and did not herx.
