The weird thing is that there is 8 in my family, all with different

symptoms. We are all symptom-free on supplements. Anyhow, when I added the

Resveratrol, whatever symptoms we had before the supplemental help, came back.

In

that, everyone got different herxing, symptoms from it depending upon their

particular symptoms before hand. For me, I get spacey, kind of slow, on it.

Weird, huh?

From NJ:

I think it's the Resveratrol which is causing this, as I tried adding

it in separately in the morning, and the syndrome hit soon after. This

is so strange because in the book it says that it promotes a feeling

of well-being, or something like that. But for me it seems to be the

opposite. Has anyone heard of this?

That sounds a bit similar -- " slow " , and for me, very dumb and

listless, can't motivate to do any work, and building depression,

emotional sensitivity. Gets bad on only 2 or 3 per day. I have had

depression in the past, but not recently, even with being ill for a

year. The B12 folate and other supplements my doctor has put me on

helped enormously with the tendency toward depression. Still, it

wasn't usually as bad as the small amount of resveratrol brings on.

Is this a herx? It doesn't sound like herxing as described.

I seem to be doing ok with the andrographis and cat's claw, but only

up to 2 per day. Ginger helps with gut issues.

Can this protocol be done successfully without the

Knotweed/Resveratrol? Could that be done later by itself?

Has anyone had such side effects and got over it? Is it a herx or

simply side effects of the herb?

thanks for your help,

NJ

I'm actually not herxing much. I am on a bunch of stuff, but I just added

Burbur from Nutramedix, and it took away my side effects from the Resveratrol.

Its suppose to clean your body of dead pathogens. Well, I guess its

working for me because I am not in slow motion any longer.
