Guest guest
JAYE: The only Resveratrols you want are the knotweeds, either Japanese or Chinese. You can go with 's recommended brands or go with what you can afford. Just so they are Knotweeds. I prefer the whole herb in bulk, like Plum Flower Brand from 1st chinese because they are of the utmost quality and absolutely no fillers. I can't remember what I sent you before, Jaye. But before I started encapsulating my own, I had used VitaCost, MyVitaNet, Herbs-Wholesale, StarWest Botanicals and others. I used Source Naturals, Natures Way, and other brands in the readymades. I usually bought what was cheapest. I don't have much money. Trying to live on measely SS. Not working too well. Hope this helps a little. I Googled to find places in the beginning. Google Herbs, or a particular one you want. Usually what you find on the first page or two will work. Which one does Buhner recommend? I read and reread what he has in the book, but non of them seem to match and I don't have my old bottle anymore. Is there another place to buy it that is what Buhner recommends? I also was trying to figure out vincamine (periwinkle) and eleuther or siberian ginseng that Buhner recommends. I have never taken a tincture, but was going to try it with the Eleuthero. I'm hoping the periwinkle will help with my headaches and the Eleuthero with my weakness and fatigue. I have not been around for some time...I dealt with a very bad sinus issue for well over a month, which got me quit down. I went off all herbs (which I had just started back up) and most of my meds. I'm just trying to get back into the swing of things. It has been a long bumpy road this since going off the IV abx I stopped in Dec. I am not keeping up with life and working through bad brain fog to get myself back on the herbs like I was doing before the sinus issue came up. Last night it took me hours just to fill a couple weeks worth of pill dispensers with Buhners protocol. I'm so frustrated. If anyone can direct me to what Resveratrol to buy on vistacost or another online store, I would really appreciate it. Jim, if your out there, I know you gave me a list of places you buy from...or did before buying whole herb and capsulating...I couldn't find it last night. I even did a search in the groups emails and couldn't find it. Would you mind sending me a list again? Here is what I found on vitacost http://www.vitacost.com/Source-Naturals-Resveratrol-Antioxidant-Protection http://www.vitacost.com/Source-Naturals-Resveratrol http://www.vitacost.com/Source-Naturals-Resveratrol-100 Are any of these the right one? Guest guest
Hi Jim I really appreciate your info...I've put off placing my order because I don't know which Source Naturals Resveratrol to order. I here what your saying on it being Japanese or Chinese knotweed, but how do you know which Source Natural brand Resveratrol. Buhner says in the book 10 mg Resveratrol, but I don't see that on any of the ingredient labels on the Vitacost website. Am I reading wrong? Am I looking at the wrong thing? Are you saying other brands besides Source Naturals is ok? I understand what your saying about the cost...living off SS must be very hard. I rely on my husbands income...he works two jobs since I have not been able to work and we never seem to get ahead. Sorry if I'm sounding confusing. I'm having such a hard time figuring this out and unfortunately I have no help at home to do it. My husband is not helpful when it comes to my lyme and my grown kids are clueless. I hope I can get to a point that I can buy the whole herb and incapsulate...just dont' have the energy at this point. I'm printing off your list of places to buy the herbs so I don't lose it again and will check out the other brands. Thank you for your help.
