Guest guest
Hello again, folks. I've been away for a while. I was on mepron and abx for babesia and ended up stopping on my own because of stomach issues. I couldnt take it any more. Found another doctor who is helping me recover my digestive tract and suppor tmy immune system. Had the Fry which indicates either bartonella or mycoplasma... inconclusive. But for now, I am only on supportive supplements, some of which are antimicrobial, but no effort to kill bugs. I ordered Buhners herbs for core protocol actually for my kids, but I may start using them as well. I am concerned about tick bites and preventative care and txt if bitten. Here's my first of probably many questions to come: My dd just came back with a negetive IGENEX but positive one lyme specific band and indeterminate another lyme specific band and inconclusive band 41. These were IgM responses. How does she have IgMs if not recently infected? Same thing happened with my dh test results this winter. I check my dd every day and feel almost 100% sure this is not a new infection. I started her on samento (1 drop) about a month ago, before I had her tested, and she broke out in hives on her back and sores. I stopped becasue I was not sure if this was an allergic reaction... then I had her tested. Seems I have several questions and not one: What does the IgM mean in context of an old infection? What about that reaction to samento? Can I put my kids on astragalus when they are already infected but not very symptomatic (foot abd calf pain son ( Suspecting bartonella with both), rashes both, a little brain fog possible with one) Thanks:-) Sally A.
