Guest guest
Oh, Liz, I am terribly sorry you've lost such a good friend....there are no words to speak, as none of them will bring him back. Just know we're here to listen, and will be holding you in prayer. Some of you may remember my friend Les with the cluster headaches. I went to Texas to help him take care of his mother with Alzheimers. Two days after I got there HE had a heart attack (they aren't sure of trhe cause even yet) and passesd away. I was right in the room with him and it was awful.. I have been in shock since then. Guest guest
So sorry to hear of your loss. I know it would be a shock to be in the room with someone who has a fatal heart attack even if you didn't know the person. Having him as such a great friend has to be awful. And why is it that docs make a terrible situation worse by making you do without your meds at the time when you need them worst? I don't know if you take mtx by injection or mouth, but isn't there some way that your home doc can work with a hospital or local doc to get the care you need? I know you are at your worst anyway. When my brother died in 01 and dad died last year I had to do without my meds also. It was like a terror in a horror movie to deal with all of that without meds on top of it. Since I am on major narcotics, there is almost no way to get those from anyone no matter the situation.. And to think that here in the south anyway docs used to offer something to family members and those hit hard by a death to help them get through the worst of the situation. I don't know that it was the best way to handle the situation but it surely beats having to do completely without your usual meds due to a lack of compassion or a lack or permission from an insurance company. Where is the humanity in medical practice anyway these days? OK Enough of my rant on your behalf. I hope you will be able to get something worked out soon and not have to wait so long for relief. Guest guest
First I want to wish you all a wonderful Weekend and Holiday Season. Because of circumstances beyond my control, I will have to be absent from the internet for a couple of days.I am dealing with a family Illness (terminal) and some other minor factors of distress.I came to ask to please lets hold each other in prayers and blessings for the next seven days, and please send some loving thoughts to all our prayer / healing requests presented here.If it is not too much, please say a prayer for me today. I am not feeling physically well, have been having serious pains on my chest (The Solar Plexus area) front and back. For the past three nights it has been very hard to sleep .It might be from stress, I bet it is.I am not in my prime nowadays.LOL I wish you all well, and as soon I can get back to a computer, I will communicate again.Blessings, Love and respect to all,Liane
