I believe that the message pertains to all of us that are traveling this Earth as human beings,no matter what path we are on, we feel the same and because we are all one, we can experience things, learn and share with others. Humanity Healing is based on the " wounded healer " , because many of us had experienced things we can actually empathize with other pain, trials.

I Believe you are the one that can say if your brother is ready or not, sometimes we think people are not prepare, but we often get really surprise. The acceleration of pace and timing we are all going through is just amazing!
