Guest guest
My 13 year old son had Lyme in 2002. He was treated conventionally and then we worked with a LLMD for about a year to treat him with homeopathic remedies. We recently learned he still has Lyme-- his IgG and IGM IGeneX western blots are positive. When he first had Lyme he became gluten intolerant. Now he has delayed food allergies to gluten, dairy, eggs, soy, nuts, legumes, and peanuts (always had peanut allergy). We have decided because of his sensitive GI tract that he can not take antibiotics (his GI doc concurs). He took Nature's Way Cats Claw (standardized) for a few months before doing the western blot. His LLMD wants him to switch to Nutramedics Samento (working up to 9 drops 2X/day). Does anyone have suggestions on starting this? Do you just take it along with meals and other supplements. He currently takes so many supplements that he is " waterlogged " at the end of a meal. I am hoping he won't be too resistant to adding yet another supplement. I would love to read that it has helped others. Thanks. --Judy
