What Resveratrol?

Hi

I tried to order new herbs last night but could not figure out which

Resveratrol. On vitacost there were a few different ones. Which one does Buhner

recommend? I read and reread what he has in the book, but non of them seem to

match and I don't have my old bottle anymore.

Is there another place to buy it that is what Buhner recommends? I also was

trying to figure out vincamine (periwinkle) and eleuther or siberian ginseng

that Buhner recommends.

I have never taken a tincture, but was going to try it with the Eleuthero.

I'm hoping the periwinkle will help with my headaches and the Eleuthero with

my weakness and fatigue.

I have not been around for some time...I dealt with a very bad sinus issue for

well over a month, which got me quit down. I went off all herbs (which I had

just started back up) and most of my meds. I'm just trying to get back into the

swing of things.

It has been a long bumpy road this since going off the IV abx I stopped in

Dec. I am not keeping up with life and working through bad brain fog to get

myself back on the herbs like I was doing before the sinus issue came up.

Last night it took me hours just to fill a couple weeks worth of pill

dispensers with Buhners protocol. I'm so frustrated.

If anyone can direct me to what Resveratrol to buy on vistacost or another

online store, I would really appreciate it.

Jim, if your out there, I know you gave me a list of places you buy from...or

did before buying whole herb and capsulating...I couldn't find it last night. I

even did a search in the groups emails and couldn't find it. Would you mind

sending me a list again?
