My units (Meissner) all use #12 wire. They are round.

I can't really answer to this though as I don't know much about the

silvergen. You also have to be careful in buying silver that its pure

enough. Not all silver wire is.

When in doubt it always is best to go with manufacturer's recommendations.

Hello everyone,

I will need soon to reby some silver rods. I have a silvergen machine they

are flat. I read that there was one pur rondly shaped silverrods sold by th

elenth instead of by the unit much cheaper that is not flat it looks like a

line . Would yo be kind enought to tell me if it is th esame to use it if

the shape is rond instead of flat if youknow please?
