Guest guest
Everything you talk about I have, I don't think the broken veins/vein pain is age, I'm the same age as you and have all the same problems, a few years ago I had none of this and no blemishes on my body. My 22 y/o daughter is experiencing the same problems, so I believe it's not age related but Bartonella, etc. The spiros like to hide in the jaw on some people, I'm one of those lucky one's. I've heard it all, you have tmj, the cracking/popping is normal, you need a root canal (did it, it didn't make the pain go away), had teeth pulled, had all kinds of nightguards made, etc. not working. They get into the nerves running along the jaw (5th cranial I believe) and just under the teeth, for a few days I have no pain and then I have pain for a few days, I think it's a cycle that they're feeding, then the pain stops for a few days, it actually moves around my mouth to different areas. I believe it's bartonella. I've started coiling recently, someone in my town has a coil and has been kind enough to let me use it, I don't have money to buy one. On my 3rd visit I asked if I could put it near my jaw because the cycle was starting again and I knew on that side it was gonna bother me for a few days, I hit it for only a couple of seconds, well, it hasn't hurt for 3 days now, I'm keeping my fingers crossed that I might be onto something here. I've done all the abx's, iv's, shots, etc. been on herbs, salt/c, zhang, etc. I contracted c diff a 2nd time months ago, the only 2 abx's I haven't done are zithro which I've heard is good for bart., and rimf., my concern is contracting c diff for a 3rd time. I'm real good about diet and probiotics, but once you've had c diff, spores stay in your gi system and can be reactivated pretty quickly, I'll usually make it to 2 mo's of abx before the c diff kicks in, and it takes a long time to recover from it. If the coil doesn't help me, I'm gonna bite the bullet and try the zithro/rimf combo slowly to see if it makes a difference. I believe every step I've taken along the way has helped in some way, but I can't seem to get over the hump and get to that 80 or 90% recovery rate that people talk about. I'd love to know how to block the QS so the little buggers can't communicate anymore and die! I have the bright red spots (mostly on chest, arms, legs - not on face) and pronounced veins (I think they are called spider veins?) e.g. near my ankles. My doctor says this is normal for my age (I'm 49) but I did not have this some years ago, before I got Lyme. I also have the pressure sensitivity of the skin. Resting my hand on my chest for some time will produce a bright red 'imprint' from the hand. Stretchmarks from clothing etc. remain visible for hours, and if I bump into something lightly I get severe bruises that take months to heal. No doctor has a clue what is causing it. Under a microscope I have sticky blood (at least I had that about three years ago, after ABX treatment). What exactly is your jaw pain? One of my remaining pain problems is in a spot just behind the lower jawbone on the right, a little below my ear. According to my neurologist this is where the large Trigeminus nerve bundle travels from the skull downward. He thinks it is inflamed (I had many symptoms related to that). I can feel something that is swollen, often hard like a steel cable ... When it gets worse it radiates out like jaw pain, or sometimes like a rotten tooth - but it certainly comes from just outside the jaw, not the jaw itself. Sometimes there also is weird 'clicking' in my inner ear and mild choking sensation. > I have Lyme/Bartonella, I think as time goes on for me, my blood has > gotten very thick/sticky, more toxins in my body from all the years of > abx's, etc. and things are moving slowly thru my veins, a lot of veins > have become red/sore, my feet bother me in the morning as soon as they hit > the floor, I hobble around and then it goes away, I think this has to do > with having the feet resting/elevated for a long period of time.
