You tube has a tutorial that will show you how to make it..type in anti plague

remedy dr. christopher. It seems like alot, but think of it as cooking a nice

meal...that's about how much time it takes, less the soaking herbs overnight.

The formula includes:

Garlic Juice...which is the most active ingredient...bacteria fighter

ACV...catalyst and has antibiotic properties

Glycerine..soothing, sweet, counters strong taste of herbs/garlic

(Kids can do this mixed with a little juice)

Comfrey...cell proliferant and overall healer, good for bones, joints and

tendons.

Wormwood..this is in alot of 'lyme' protocols, for parasites, pain, worms.

Lobelia...catalyst for enhancing all the other herbs/anti spasmodic

Marshmallow...kidneys

Oak Bark...tonic, cell rebuilder, circulatory

Black Walnut...antibacteria, antifungal, organic iodine

Mullein...respiratory

Scullcap....nerve rebuilder

Uva Ursi....solvents of plaque and inorganic deposits, cleansing, urinary

I made two gallons of it and still have enough herbs to make two more gallons,

you can buy this already made but my 'lyme' budget is very small..:)

Herbs can be bought by the pound at Mountain Rose Herbs, Starwest and

Frontier...glycerine and honey can be bought at natural food stores or online at

one of the above places, I bought everything from Starwest including the 1

gallon jars...except for honey and ACV got at local grocery store...
