CD57 is not that reliable--some LLMds swear by it even using to gauge treatment

response

others dont even bother taking it

like all else in the Lyme world---nothing is definitive

Ive had varying CD57 after insisting?that my?Drs run it--not one time did it

parallel my sx or treatment etc

had I gone by that tests, and changed what I was doin g I think Id have been

worse off

thats me---for you it may be more indicative

after 18 yrs with the chronic Lyme/ relapse roller coaster, my opinion is start

any one good protocol and see what happens--IF in 3-4 weeks you feel very

awfully crummy--and then slowly get better and then feel worse again in

patterns--those are pretty good indicators for having TBD and needing tx

if you start feeling better and then dont worsen ( with what we call a Herx)

that may simply mean your body can handle the die-off and/or you have other

TBD's and are clearing them..then stay the course for awhile and slowly taper

off

IF however nothing happens, then switch protocols or simply do core build up-

good nutrition and vitamins and supps for particular sx--like if no protocol

significantly helps or causes a temp. wrosening; then maybe if youre achey, take

supps/herbs for that sx.

good luck

Finette

Thanks very much for the replies. Can anyone tell me, is weakness,

fogginess, extreme lethargy -- could this be a herx reaction? Or is it

some other kind of reaction to the core herbs?

thanks,

NJ

no, i'm not from New Jersey ;)

Could be either, or something else, such as the Lyme itself. Are you taking Red

Root tincture to keep your lymph system working properly in all this and also

Sarsaparilla to cleanse your blood, etc.? They are super important.

Jim.

Stupid question I have...the lymph system...my glands under my ears and just

above my legs are always hurting or swollen. Would the Sarsaparilla help?

Thanks
