I've been taking milk thistle according to the package directions, and it finally dawned on me - the package directions for some of Buhner's herbs that I was taking 12 a day of, was probably for 4 a day. What I'm taking says: 180 mg blessed thistle and 175 mg of milk thistle extract - per capsule. I been taking 4 a day, just upped it to 8.
