Malic acid is from apples and this is a concentrated form. I think I took 200mg capsules at a time. It gave me instant energy and I was able to go from the slow lane of the swimming pool to the fast one, immediately - for whatever that's worth! - I think the " wow " factor is always fun, whenever anything works... -- Robin **************Start the year off right.
