just getting started... detox with core protocol??

Hi everyone!

Been lurking, learning, reading the book and now I'm ready to go. I

have a question or two before I get started. I'm on a waiting list to

see my LLMD but she did suggest I go ahead and get started detoxing.

And I am going to go ahead with the Buhner protocol - no sense waiting.

Should I start detoxing before I start the core protocol or can I go

ahead and then start adding in some detox herbs while on the core

protocol? I'm not on any abx and haven't been in many years - never was

for Lyme, just things like chronic sinusitis, uti's, etc.

I've jotted down some herbs for detoxing. Are there certain protocols

recommended for this or do we all just start off slow and take it as we

can as with the killing off of bacteria?
