Guest guest
Hi J_, In my opinion the main reason people react negetively to whey protein is due to imbalances of gastrointesinal batceria, yeast & parasites. If it was due to a detox reaction from raising glutathione, then this response would be evident in all therapies which raise glutathione (e.g. IV glutathione), which is not in most cases. Another possibility to allergy to whey protein, which some people have. Blake Herx What's can one conclude if it appears immunopro creates a very strong Herx reaction while Glutiathone Liposomal does not? I'm taking about 1/8 of a teaspoon of immunopro every other day. After taking it, the next day I have that severe hung over feeling. I would prefer to take GSH but it is very expensive. I guess I'm not being patient with immunopro. I've been taking it about two weeks.
Guest guest
Blake, The reason I did not do well with it is because I am CBS upregulated. Any type of directly trying to increase glutathione affects me the same way. I am on the protocall to bypass the mutation. Guest guest
> > You can also herx from Babesia die off. yes, even more likely a real 'herx', because they are blood parasites and not tissue parasites like Borrelia. But also in this case: if one has been taking ABX for some time that kill or slow down Babs, one is unlikely to experience sudden 'herx' from bacterial die-off when switching to a new type of ABX (unless the new ABX is extremely effective for Babs). Most of the 'herx' reactions we are talking about are not real herxes (die-off) but an immune/inflammation reaction, like cytokine storms that can have many causes.
