Guest guest
I wouldnt trust ANything from Lymenet these days due to a weird bias and the lack of anyone overseeing a lot of crap. anyway as for tonic water--it contains up to 15 mg quinine per BOTTLE?and therapeutic ( medical) doses are 325 mg and higher so its doubtful it can help even if you can bare taking several bottles a day ( youd probably need to consume a nauseating 20 bottles a day) plus itonic water?can cause tinnitus and is BAD during pregancy for many reasons. and just because the larger doses of quinine are effective sometimes for Malaria ( there are now many resistant strains) doeasnt make the drug quinine effective for Babs or other TBDs--let alone the TINY doses in tonic water and be aware many so called tonic waters dont even use that much quinine as the cinchona bark isnt any longer as easily available and its expensive too. the tonic mostly is flavorings that mimic the bitterness of the quinine. did anyone on lymenet bother to post that??? google tonic water warnings, quinine side effects etc before even considering it. The youll have to see which brands even have enough of the quinine still there, if ANY, and then try to con sume the large qwuantities. be well abd be safe Finette
