Many people have trouble making decisions. What they don't realize is that we make decisions every moment. Most are so small they go unnoticed, such as " Did I put enough sugar in my coffee? " . If we practice mindfulness, we live in the moment and can recognize the decisions that we make. From this we learn to not only make better decisions, but the confidence to make big ones.
