Hi, I take Pycnogenol 200mg a day. I really think it helped with the fatigue.

Also, they say it cleans out the free radicals in your cells. When you start

taking it your supposed to take a whole lot to see a rapid improvement. When

you do, you may break out in a mild rash. Its supposed to be the toxins that

built up in your system are so greatly released by the pycnogenol that it

causes the rash. Drinking a lot of water helps. I figure I have a lot of

toxins in my system. Also, its a natural anti-histamine and a really good

anti oxidant.

Another herb I've started taking is Turmeric. Its supposed to be an anti

imflammatory. Christy J.

I have been on antibiotics since last August. I have also used an

essential oil blend to help bring the spirochete out of the cells. In

addition I use bromelain sometimes with serrapeptase and niacin to

potentiate the antibiotic. I'm also on herbs for adrenal, lymphatic

and hepatic function. Hope this helps.

Hi Phil

A few questions

1.Can you give more information about this essential

oil blend you use to bring the spirochete out of the

cells?

2. Also what is serrapeptase?

3. How much of Niacin are you taking per day? Dont you

get a flush? I heard Niacin is harmfull to the liver.

I have a bottle at home which I am not using because

I kind of feel lightheaded. But I think its the due to

the flush. Do you know how does Niacin make the

antibiotics more potential?

4. Could you tell the herbs you are using for

adrenal,lymphatic and hepatic function.

I guess its too many questions. Iam sorry about that.

But I really appreciate your response. I so badly want

to expedite my recovery :-)

Thanks a lot

I have used essential oil of oregano from Young Living on my spine during my

herx time. Let me tell you it really kicks lyme bootie :o) Have to be

careful though, as oregano is very hot, so you'll want to cover/dilute it

with olive oil as well. I use it like pulse-therapy, only during my

herx/menstrual week. Hope this helps.

God bless, Colleen N.

I have not been online in quite some time, been extremely busy finishing

school and just opened my business " Nature's Garden of Health " , in which I am

a CNHP, Dr. of Iridology (reading one's health via their eyes), and

nutritional counselling. I am still finishing my Dr. of Naturopathy but

moving at a rapid pace.

I wanted to interject here and add my .02. I have been off abx for 4 mos.

after doing many, many for 4yrs. Young Living Essential Oils

(www.youngliving.com) is a wonderful co. but let me give you all a warning

now from personal experience.....these oils/supplements are strong!!! I did

their colon cleanse (great success--LOL) with colonics, then I did the liver

cleanse (Juva Tone). I started the parasite cleanse and yesterday was day

2.....after just taking the morning supplement, WOW!!!!!! I was herxing my

head off!!!! I had severe ringing in the ears, severe vertigo, nausea,

thought I was going to die!! After examining what was in the 'Parafree' ?? No

wonder!! alot of natural antibiotics. Excellent products, I will endorse them.

As for other natural remedies...you can buy niacin (Vitamin B3) in a

non-flush formula; health food store. Foods that are high in B3 include

liver, fish, nuts, brown rice, wheat germ, soybeans and whole grains. Herbs

include alfalfa, red clover, rose hips, feverfew and capsicum. It is

necessary for healthy blood circulation, promotes good digestion/skin, and

influences personality (now there is a loaded statement for lymies--LOL)

If one has high blood pressure, you should not take niacin.

Oil of lemon has been proven to cross the blood brain barrier and is a

natural abx. Oil of oregano, allicin (garlic) as well.

I have also changed my mind about Allergy Research artemesia for babesia. I

took this for 14 mos. straight, stopped and my symptoms returned. Tried

Mepron/zith for 6 wks, thought I was going to die. I am now taking Dr.

Zhang's artemesia (which is the REAL Chinese herb) and am going to do it for

4-5 mos. It IS more expensive....$30/10 days worth but after all the $$ I hav

e spent on other modalities to cure babesia...???

www.dr-zhang.com is his website....if nothing else, read and learn something.

Rife machine is STILL an EXCELLENT choice. When I remember, I do it. It works.

If anybody wants any info, support, etc., please write me or call 732

933-4011. It is complimentary. What goes around, comes around.

I got about 40% better over a 3 year period with supplements, diet,

herbs, and detox with a very good holistic doctor before lyme dx.

Many of the supplements were from standard process. I can't answer

the second question as I am new tot he antibiotics. I've been on

antibiotics for 3 months now; and if I had to choose between the abx

or the natural stuff I'd go with the natural stuff; but for now I

think its best to utilize both. I also think thayt the longer a

person has been sick the more important it is to utilize immune

enhancing therapies like herbs and supplements and diet. Its hard to

figure out; before the doc I saw who got me 40% better I had seen

another holistic doctor who used supplements and such and i got no

where with him.

Hi All,

Strongly urge you to read Dr. Gerber's " Vibrational Medicine "

($18 - get PAPERBACK - adendum in back of book about rife

technology). Can find at large bookstores - FYI: Gerber is a human

internist.

Also get a copy of Barry Lynes: " THE CANCER CURE THAT WORKED: 50

YEARS OF SUPPRESSION " (Only available at amazon.com - bookstores WILL

NOT TOUCH THIS BOOK - TOO REAL - LOADED WITH SWORN AFFIDAVITS OF

EFFICACY OF THIS TECHNOLOGY in treating not ONLY cancer, but

SYPHILLUS (akin to lyme - another spirochete), TB, etc.) Book is

about $10 + shipping.

NO INTEREST IN EITHER BOOK OR AUTHOR - only in sharing info...

Hi a & All,

I believe it was town Univ. that repeated an older study

showing oil of oregano effective in eradicating all forms of bacteria

it was tested upon. I have not read the study, nor tried this

product, but regularly use oregano (dried) in salads.

After all, why NOT use " natural " remedies - are bodies not " natural? "

LOL!

Hi WIlliam,

GIven that all matter - including human bodies & diesease organisms -

are comprised of tiny pieces of frozen light, or frequency (same

thing), we used energy medicine: qi-gong, zapper, flower essences,

homeopathy, sound therapy, acupuncture... Now doing NST (autonomic

nervous system re-balancing - mentioned in Alt Med Lyme article)...

It became quite apparent to us that after 6+ mos of very high dose,

multiple (oral) abxs & a complete relapse 90 days post-abx, that the

abxs were merely suppressing the organisms; doing NOTHING to

strengthen the body, so we opted for methods that actually KILL the

organisms, while " DOING NO HARM. "

still sx free...

Dear Elfkin,

Sorry for he delay in responding - haven't been to list in a while

(spend most time on holistic / energy med lists). PLEASE FEEL FREE

TO EMAIL ANYTIME OFF LIST!

Here is a link to NST info - lots of it. In short, it is a method of

very gentle massage to autonomic nerves - learned about this at the

tail end of the Alternative Med Magazine article on lyme. (If you

have not read this, email me - will send right over!)

http://www.google.com/custom?cof=AH%3Acenter%3BAWFID%

3A5cdb2968a482194d%

3B & domains=www.mercola.com & sitesearch=www.mercola.com & q=nst

Article states that Dr. Whittaker traveled to Australia to learn

this - that's how POTENT & EFFECTIVE it is! (BTW, I should say here -

Im not a doc or nurse or other practitioner - only have been reading

A LOT about holistic health - especially lyme - for 3 years - with an

open mind.) THIS IS ABSOLUTELY THE MOST PROFOUND TREATMENT I HAVE

EVER HAD!

Asked our doc why it works so well as a detox. Her answer was that

the " strumming " of muscles & nerves (in specific sequence - go to

USBOWEN.COM to read more) causes vibrations to travel through all

tissues in body; hence potent detox.

There is a link at the above addy for finding practitioner near where

you live. Ones in RED have taken advanced coursework. (Docs tend to

bill this as physical manipulation - so most insurance covers it &

it's reasonably priced. Our doc works on us for a good long while &

charges like $40).

It is VERY, VERY relaxing & very effective in rebalancing autonomic

nervous system - as evidence by before & after acupuncture meredian

tests.

BTW, should tell you, too - i have absolutely NO interest in any

procedure, product, book, etc. Only in sharing info that will help

victims of these insiduous diseases...

HAPPY 4TH!

Blessings,

Chris
