Guest guest
Dear : I too had asked the group if there was someone in the town area and was told of Dr. L in Philipsburg. He is now only working at the New Jersey office. I had called to make an app. and made an app with a Dr. S?? Do you know of him in the same office? I know we cannot use names here so I hope you know who I am talking about. I have had lyme for 4 years and have been on oral AB's. I am hoping I will have better luck with this group. Let me know if you know his partner. Thanks KIM
Guest guest
Dear Kim, This is Cyntha here. We go to the burg clinic " The Tick Borne Disease Clinic " . I have also been seen by Dr. S, I can tell you he is a great doctor and have been very pleased by him. I have also seen a Dr. D there he is a good doctor too. You would be in good hands. At first you might be a little leery. The only reason I say this is because they do the pcr testing. But I swear it works...they do a pcr once a week for 10 weeks. I have a positive pcr as well as my three children and my husband is stilling being tested. Give it a chance..I decided to give it a chance and it worked. Most people who go there get a positive pcr. the reasoning is this. Many times the spirochete bacteria is not in the blood or urine (they use both methods every time) so they use the test more than once. They figure if you have it it will surely show in one of the tests. Don't worry to much if your insurance won't cover anything, they won't turn you down. Our whole family is being treated for free. This is the clinic that I am sending donations too http://www.pocwl.org/canhelp.html If I can be of more help let me know. Cyntha Landon Lititz, PA Re: [ ] Lyme literate Dr. in Phily area??
