What if I tell you that this list is the source of your unhappiness?

The nature of phenomena is impermanent but we see it is permanent. We

believe suffering and pain is a part of happiness because we are numb and

separated from real happiness. You think suffering is happiness, a reward.

You are attached to it and won't let it go.

Why do you keep looking in the mirror? Looking to see if you're enlightened

yet?

When hundreds of people you have known and who knew you have died - if that

doesn't teach you impermanence, you have a heavy duty problem.

Show more kind, generous, wise - only a good student becomes a good

teacher."
