Saying hello and sharing some good news

I haven't been on for a while, so just wanted to stop in and say hello to

everyone mainly, but please know, whether I go on often, or once in a while,

this beautiful group of persons that you all are stays in my thoughts and

prayers always!!

The good news that i wanted to share with everyone is that i have not smoked now

for over 40 days (i am really proud of me on that accomplishment.... and want to

tell the whole world my joy about it :-) )) I don't know the exact number of

days at the moment, as I do not have my calender handy at the moment for

reference.

I also want to thank this group in general, as well as individual efforts for

all of the wonderful healing and uplifting or spiritually educational videos

that you have " out there " as I very often am reposting them on myspace....

We have so much negative media and sensory pollutants going on each day, it's

great to be able to send out LOTS of media " love bombs " so to speak to help

counter balance things a bit... anyway, please just know how grateful i am for

all of the efforts that persons here are putting out to send out healing words,

healing images, healing sounds, and of course all of the light energy, prayers

and all else. This group is such a wonderful blessing, so thanks bunches for

everything... for and to everyone here. Please know how wonderfully awesome you

guys are!!
