I am covered in a horrible rash all over my body. My face is beet red and my

lymph glands swollen. What a mess. My internist said to stop taking ALL of

the medicine I am on right now and recover, then start one at a time again.

In the last few days, all i have added is neurontin, glucosamine plus MSM and

had my throat sprayed with an numbing agent to have it examined. Its hard to

imagine its the IV claforen (Started five weeks ago) or IV flagyl (three

weeks ago). My internist thinks its the claforen. I haven't been able to

reach anyone at the LLMDs office yet and am frustrated with that. Anyone

ever have this?? I am afraid to take anything now.

I have a severe rash outbreak from clarforen. I have to take Benedryl daily to

keep in under control. My LLMD said it part of the herx and I have talked to

several other people that claforen does the same thing. I get like hives and I

itch all over. But the benedryl really works. I take the pills and the

childrens liquid. The children liquid works really well. Just thought I would

let you know its the claforen.
